What's a username?
The username can be any "nickname" or "handle" you wish to use to login into this site. It could be your name or any combination of letters & numbers up to 16 characters.

Why do I type in my password twice?
When you enter your password into the form, the password is encrypted and displayed as a series of dots (•). Entering the password twice ensures you did not make an error in typing.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget you password, we will e-mail you a temporary password that you can use to login with, and we suggest that you immediately change your password once you have logged in.

What about my privacy?
Your privacy will be protected. Your personal information will be used to generate the research request, but will not be shared with any other individuals or organizations.
