Why should I change my password?
It is a good policy to periodically change the password to your user
account. The password should be between 6 and 16 characters in length. For
the best security, use a password that is a mixture of letters (uppper
and lower case) and numbers.
What characters can I use for my password?
A password may contain letters, numbers and underlines (_), but may not
include any spaces or any special characters such as ! @ # $ % ^ & *
- + = | ( ) { } [ ] < > / \ ; : " ' ? ~ ` , .
Why do I type in my password twice?
When you enter your password into the form, the password is encrypted
and displayed as a series of dots (•) in the above form. Entering
the password twice ensures you did not make an error in typing. If the
new password is not typed in exactly the same, you will be reprompted
to enter it again.
What if I forget my password?
If you have a user account but have forgotten your password, click
here. We will e-mail you a temporary password that you can use to
login with, and we suggest that you immediately change your password
once you have logged in.
